Let's be real, we all want to look good, but training is a process, and it's not just about the way you look. Maybe right now aesthetics is your highest concern, but if we look a little deeper, we may see roots of insecurity, negative self talk, and a poor body image. Wanna know a secret? A partnership is formed between you and your trainer, and a strategic plan is created for each of the actions necessary to get you to your goal.
