This is by far the best personal training experience I’ve ever had. It’s only been one month and I am already seeing results. Every session pushes me beyond what I think I can handle...and it’s great to have the support of my trainer who believes in me when I don’t believe in myself! I feel stronger than I did when I first started the program. Perfect gym space and solid trainers who genuinely care about their clients! Super solid and I can’t thank them enough! This is the real deal in fitness. :)

Christina is an amazing trainer! She is incredibly knowledgeable and her approach is holistic. She focuses on each individual she is working with and incorporates mental, nutritional and physical components in her training. There are so many things about Christina that make her an amazing trainer but she is also just an extraordinary person. I enjoyed our sessions because she made it a point to make sure that I saw my own progress and she was incredibly encouraging. Laureen is a force to be reckoned with. When you have someone who is such a beautiful soul who strives to help her clients reach their goals, you’re guaranteed to have an amazing experience. I would weight train during the week on my own time and then take Laureen’s class on Saturdays for more of a body/light weight/cardio type training to target more fat loss/sculpting vs muscle gain. She KILLED me every time. I love the fact that she’s pushing hard right along side of us — actually working harder than us because she’s pumping us up always with a smile and laughter. It’s evident she loves what she does and genuinely cares about her clients and their progress. She’s one tough cookie but definitely makes the workout so fun. She’s amazing all-around! I highly recommend her!
